China acknowledges the high-quality development of over 1,000 state-level technologically advanced “little giant” enterprises (hereinafter referred to as key “little giant” enterprises) in three batches (for not more than three years per batch), and encourage them to serve as a role model. By supporting several national or provincial public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprise in improving their services, and gathering resources such as funds and personnel, these will drive a total of more than 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises to become state-level technologically advanced “little giant” enterprises.
Key “little giant” enterprises will be supported in going public in a faster manner, strengthening international cooperation, and further strengthening development potentials and international competitiveness.
